	Here are some tips that may be of help when searching by name:

	Make sure you have specified a word or words you want to find in the organisation name. Check your spelling. Note that it does not matter whether or not you use capital letters. Avoid using hyphens unless you are sure one should appear in the organisation name. For example instead of of searching for "self-help" try "self help" with the All words option set. Avoid using words like "the", "and" or "for" unless, for example, you are searching for the exact phrase "Centre for Stress Management".

	If you still cannot find what you are looking for when searching by name:

	Try using our category search The organisation or service you are looking for may simply not be in our system yet. Contact us if you think an organisation or service should be included.
