Most therapists work privately and fees can range from about £10 to £45 (and more) per session, so may be hard to afford if you are on benefits or a low wage. But some practitioners will negotiate a fee according to your income, so do ask. We've also included some free and low-cost therapy options under Local & London-wide Services below. Most of the groups listed under National Organisations will be able to tell you about qualified practitioners practicing locally. |
