| Libraries can be a useful source of information. If you join as a member you can use any Lambeth library and borrow books, talking books, and (for a fee) videos, DVDs, CDs, language courses and games. Use of the internet and word processing is offered for free. Each library also runs a programme of events throughout the year. Ask at your local library for details. | ||
| All Lambeth's libraries have access for disabled people. Brixton Central, West Norwood and the mobile libraries have induction loops, and Brixton Central Library has a minicom facility. There are video data caption readers and a range of talking books and large print books. A home visit service is also available - call 020 7926 8335 for details. There are also some materials in languages other than English. | ||
